But anyway, in a couple of weeks, I'll be on a two week spring vacation. I'm actually NOT going to be working on the site during that time, though, unfortunately. I'm planning on drafting comics for Con-nec-tion, which is my original series... thing... yeah. So I guess if any of you care remotely about that, that's good news for you. =/

Anyhow, I have very solemn, important news.
Miss Shizuki of Broccoli Books (which, as most of you already know, is shutting down) is sending me a Japanese copy of Leave it to Piyoko volume 2. Yes, I'm serious. I'm sure you all know what that means. ^^ (I'm also receiving an auto-graphed copy of volume one! Yay! I love Hina, so that's really exciting.)
I've wanted this manga for SEVERAL years, and I've tried to find a Japanese copy everywhere, so this is... quite literally... several dreams come true. (I had to pinch my cheek when I received the tracking number!) Even better, it's supposed to arrive tomorrow! It's like a Christmas gift! I'm so, so, so happy.

So, you guys, I'm on vacation, and I've been REALLY busy doing nothing cleaning up the house and stuff. And plus I suddenly got invited to like a zillion parties. D: I'm not much of a party person, but...
Anyway, you'll be happy to know I've been practicing with programming effective point-and-clicks. And to hold you over until the next real update, enjoy this really horrible game I made. xD

It's been a couple of months. =/
Anyway, in honor of 9/14 (CooPiyo day), I'm making a quickie announcement. I wanted to say it more excitingly, but I kinda don't have time at the moment.
As you know, I didn't even touch For Your Amusement over vacation. XD Well, now that I'm back in school and working again, I'M REBOOTING THE PROJECT! I had to pause to redraw the character sheets though. XD They were a year old and looked ugly to me. A lot of adjustments will be made (I'm considering uploading the cutscenes as videos to YouTube instead of arranging it in Flash, which I will explain in more detail when I update its official site later today). But for the most part, the main aspect of the game will probably just be the special CGs you will be able to unlock (and that means I get to draw random CP fanart! Woot~). Blah blah blah etc etc. It'll probably be a really short game, really, but it'll be good practice.
Well, that's that. I hope everyone's excited. I'm actually motivated to do a lot of work on it this time!! And I really miss doing CP fanstuff. I haven't for a while. ;-;
I might try to make a real update later. Please keep checking back. I also do mini-updates via my shoutbox on the main page, so please read those too!

After an exceptionally long wait, I am finally on vacation and relaxed enough to update the site. I'm planning on doing a revamp on the layout of this site as well as my personal site sometime in the near future. (I just need to figure out how it should look, ehehehe!) Please do not forget to continue to comment on the shoutbox on my main page (www.animekittycafe.com) and my guestbook so that I know that people still look at this site. XD I'm also hoping to start doing a webcomic for my original series.. and I'm even considering booting up a JunxShinku (from Rozen Maiden) fansite. Yes, I'm serious. Am I crazy? Maybe a little. Hopefully I'll have time to work on For Your Amusement over vacation as well... I've been putting that game off way too long.
You know, when I started looking for things to update, I realized that besides fanstuff and lyrics, there's really not that much left for me to do around here. XD I guess I should probably update the radio or something though...

-Graphics page is finally up! I stuck old avatars and signatures I made up there. Please feel free to use and submit your own.
-I put up a placeholder for the Leave It to Piyoko anime page. I'm thinking I'll try to write stuff about each episode and upload screenshots.

Well, I fixed some typos (typos give me tumors) and broken links, and I added some interesting info on the character page about significance in the PKO's birth dates (but nothing for Piyoko... nothing interesting takes place on her birthday. Well, except for Mole Day... LOL.)
I'm plotting planning a new, more functional layout, so please look forward to that. It'll also have new pages (interative, funny stuff you'll all be able to submit to~!) and weekly polls once I get it up. n_n I just need to draw a nice image to go with it... Blargh.
...OMG, speaking of birthdays, Rik's was just on the 4th! @_@;;; I can't believe I forgot. Too bad I can't draw him, or else... I would. Coo's is coming up soon too (May 5th.)
Also... I still need to make an information page about the radio. I guess I'll get it up when I update the layout. That'd be more convenient, I s'pose.

Meanwhile, I added some jigsaw puzzle junk to the Special section. I also just bought volume 2 of Dejiko's Adventure in Japanese (I had it in Chinese, but I can't read that...), so I'll probably start translating BGGD-related parts of it. The best part is, since I already have the Chinese ver. on my computer, I don't have to scan it, just translate it! Yay! @A@;;; *hates scanning things*

I desperately need to update that info page I had on the new Di Gi Charat. They released the Welcome! CD (I WANT IT), as well as picked and announced the DUP's new seiyuu.

I'm just not making enough progress. -grumble- I'm sure you're all hating me for doing... basically nothing lately, but I'm considering scanlating some random "Go Go Black Gema Gema Gang", so have no fear!
Uh, I'm getting a CT scan on Thursday. I'm having head problems—NO. I CAN HEAR YOU ALL MAKING FUN OF MY INTELLIGENCE ALREADY. -laugh-

Ahh, Merry late Christmas and a Happy New Year, everyone. Sorry for the lack of updates... I'm going back to school next monday and I'm trying to make the most of my last few precious days of relaxation :X I had a bunch of big plans for being productive and such, but I'm just sooo~ooo tired...
I'll try to at least upload the last scanlated chapter of PPPC I have before the end of the week.
And as soon as Anime Gamers USA's website comes back up, I'm planning on ordering the rest of the Comi Deji I don't have... nyaargh~.
